On receipt of client instructions, a quotation will be
emailed before work commences, a written agreement with
order number is required either emailed or faxed to the
office.
The hourly rates will be billed to the nearest hour and is
subject to a minimum charge of one hour.
Telephone, fax, postage, stationery, CDs, printing costs
and other expenses will be charged separately at cost
price.
All work carried out on Saturday, Sunday and during any
Bank Holiday period will attract an extra charge of 50%
Invoices are due for payment 10 days after completion of
work. A time-sheet will be attached to every invoice
The minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour at the given
hourly rate.
Invoices are included with the completed work.
Payment is by BACS or Cheque
Payment for retainer packages must be made one month in
advance. Invoices will be issued at the end of each month.
Any unused hours on the monthly retainer package will be
credited for the following month.
Clients wishing to cancel a retainer package must give a
minimum of two months notice.
Pink Paperclip cannot be held responsible for any loss,
damage, theft etc. of any data, materials, projects,
equipment or any items relating to the assignment during
delivery to or from Pink Paperclip premises.
It is not possible to insure clients' property. Clients are
expected to make copies of data and information.
Furthermore they are expected to insure their property for
use away from their busines premises, before supplying them
to Pink Paperclip.
Final Proof Reading is the responsibility of the client.
All errors returned within 72 hours will be corrected free
of charge.
Pink Paperclip believes that security and confidentiality
is of paramount importance. We will be happy to sign a
confidentiality agreement if required by the client.
All incoming E-mails & attachments, files and disks are
scanned for viruses. Any suspect documents or e-mails -
from an unrecognised sender, with no subject heading or
containing no message will remain unopened and deleted.
Pink Paperclip scans all outgoing E-mails and attachments
for viruses but does not accept any responsibility for any
viruses transmitted.
Our computer system is firewall, virus and password
protected. We encourage clients to use a secure method of
transport for any documents to Pink Paperclip E.g. Courier
and Recorded Delivery.
Pink Paperclip endeavours to avoid any system failure, we
cannot be held responsible for any loss whatsoever due to
computer, broadband, power or telephone failure.
Pink Paperclip is not responsible for the content of work
supplied to us and we reserve the right to refuse anything
considered as being illegal or immoral.
Pink Paperclip will retain back up files of clients work
for a period of one year, after which all files will be
deleted. We encourage all clients to retain their own back
up of all work completed.
Pink Paperclip is a division of a2n Management Limited and
is registered for vat at the current rate.
